I am leaving this review as Key hand locksmiths helped me from a very stressful situation as I called a locksmith he turned up in a car ? no uniform or ID. It was clear that he had no idea what he was doing damaged the door and tried to charge me £1200 and he still did not fix the door correct. After involving the police we called key hand locksmiths brilliant work no fuss got the door fixed he had to replace all the locking system as so much damaged had been made to the door. Total cost £300. As explained if no damage was made it would have been cheaper. So a £200 job and this man tried to charge me £1200. be warned dont let him in your home. Just call Key hand locksmiths they know what they are doing. Thank you so much for all your help Key Hand.

Recently moved to a new home and Neil installed some new locks for us. He advised on the best locks to use and was even able to do some carpentry work on one of the doors that wasn't closing properly. Neil clearly has a wealth of skill & experience and holds himself to high standards which is clear to see in his work. Very professional and really friendly too. Would highly recommend!

Called today as had big problems with our front door very difficult to shut and also lock properly. He came out to see us and took his time explaining what had gone wrong, soon had it fixed fantastic service and at an honest rate. He also help with our patio doors while he was here just made some adjustments with no extra charge, very helpful friendly person. Would recommend this company.

Got this very old chest that has not been opened for nearly eighty years, Neil came to look and managed to open it and what a surprise inside the chest a full army uniform from the great war. Fantastic Neil also restored the chest now looks fantastic. Great job Neil Thank you
